It is MoDiP’s policy to provide images where possible to increase the reach and impact of the collection. We do, however, only have permission to use images in non-commercial, education situations where we have managed to obtain permission. It is therefore important that the individual requesting to use any of our images is aware that they take responsibility for obtaining any additional IPR clearances.
The requester must fill in an Image Request Form, see below, stating what images they require and the size required. They must sign the form to acknowledge their IPR responsibilities.
