British Plastics and Rubber is a leading magazine for the plastic and rubber industries in the UK and Ireland. Founded in 1976, the magazine is well established in the market and is complemented by an online presence in the form of its website, which was first launched in 2007. The print magazine is published eight times a year, with digital news content uploaded daily. The magazine’s editor is Leanne Taylor and it is published by Rapid Plastics Media Ltd, a division of Rapid News Communications Group. British Plastics and Rubber combines breaking industry news and feature-led editorial. It focuses on the technical aspects of developments across the spectrum of the plastics and rubber industries, with a focus on machinery, materials and environmental issues. The magazine features guest editorial from leading industry figures who comment on key issues, as well as writing regular columns in print and online
It is read by key decision makers in the industry as well as technical personnel and consultants. Additionally, it is the headline magazine for the newly revived and revitalised Interplas show, the UK’s largest plastics industry exhibition and the only event to cover all the manufacturing processes, technologies and services within the plastics industry.
