Description

A twin bladed penknife with antler scales, c 1900. The larger of the two blades is inscribed at the hilt on one side with 'oil the joints' and on the other I*XL along the blade and I.XL George Wostenholm Sheffield England at the hilt. The scales are silver tipped and have an uninscribed silver shield on one side. This natural plastic item forms part of the Worshipful Company of Horners collection.
