Bollinger bottle cigar cutter

A miniature horn tip 'V' shaped cigar cutter in the shape of a champagne bottle, with a key ring fitting on the cork. Numbers on a metal band read 400089, a diamond shape, indecipherable letters plus REX, a metal lever that acts as the cutter has the Bollinger name on it, c. 19th century. This natural plastic item forms part of the Worshipful Company of Horners collection.
