Description
A pair of engraved bison horns, c 1910s with open work design at the wider end. The engravings depict shadow puppet characters and mythological creatures. Holes in the back of the horns suggest that they can be hung or wall mounted and that they were probably produced as holiday souvenirs. This natural plastic item forms part of the Worshipful Company of Horners collection.
