Nail brush with blue marbled top

Description

A rectangular nail brush with concave corners made in four layers of pink and cream cellulose nitrate, circa early to mid 20th century. The top layer is marbled blue. The bottom layer is cream coloured, drilled and set with black bristles. Although probably bonded, four reinforcing pins are used to help keep the two layers together. Thought to have been made by Addis. This item forms part of the Plastics Historical Society (PHS) collection.
