Plastics & Rubber Laboratory ashtray

A round ashtray in compression moulded phenol formaldehyde moulded with the words 'University College Southampton' around the edge, and the university crest in the centre with the words 'Plastics & Rubber Laboratory' beneath it. This item forms part of the Plastics Historical Society (PHS) collection.
