Soap saver, 2 of 2

Description

One of two rectangular sheets with spikes on one side. Dating from the 1940s, these sheets are referred to as soap savers - allowing soap to dry out between use and are made from heat formed reclaimed rubber. This item forms part of the Plastics Historical Society (PHS) collection.
