Description
The material from which this object is made is showing signs of deterioration, but it will remain as part of the museum collection for a study to be made of its condition over time. Due to its unstable nature we regret that it is not available for loan but may be viewed in the museum on request. A circular Beetleware powder bowl with a push-on lid decorated with concentric rings. This red 1930s bowl is made of compression moulded urea formaldehyde. This item forms part of the Plastics Historical Society (PHS) collection.
