A pierced dog buckle

A large pierced buckle depicting a running dog in a landscape with a red sunburst. The majority of the buckle is white while the sunset and dogs tongue is red. The dogs eye and nose are painted black. There is a metal hook and bar on the reverse side of the buckle.
