Description
The Skin vase is from a collection designed by Isabella Lovero and Enrico Bosa in 2014 and manufactured by My Your, an Italian contemporary furniture company. The range consists of both vases and lamps with a distinctive grooved, tactile surface finish, inspired by the natural environment. Rotational moulded, the Skin vase is designed to hold a plant pot of 32cm diameter, 23.5cm depth, and is made of poleasy, a special linear polyethylene developed by My Your in which surface micro-pores, potential sites for the accumulation of dirt, are almost completely absent. The patented material is therefore ideal for outdoor use and has been UV stabilised. Lovero has been working as an industrial designer since 2004 and founded the en &is studio in 2007 with Enrico Bosa, becoming sole owner of the brand in 2013.
