Rugrats Wind Blown Angelica

A Burger King give-away toy based on the Rugrats character Angelica. This example is in the form of a child seated in a blue car which is pulled back to create forward motion and to make the pigtails spin round. Made in China circa 1998 from injection moulded polystyrene . Rugrats was an American animated character children's television series from 1991-2004.
