Description

A toy cash register or till made by Casdon c.1965. The injection moulded components of the cash register are probably made from high impact polystyrene. It has two rows of push button amount keys with pre decimal denominations, and corresponding amount indicators. The paper till roll is accessed by a small inset sliding door. The cash drawer is operated by depressing a vertical button set beneath the amount keys. A bell rings when the drawer is opened. There is a 1962 registered design number moulded in the base.
