Description
A pair of gas permeable corneal contact lenses made from gas permeable fluoroscilicone acrylate which has good optical qualities, biocompatibility and allows transfer of oxygen to the eye. The lenses are made from buttons of the material which are lathed down to 0.2 or 0.3 mm thick to make bespoke contact lenses. Each lens has a slight coloured tint denoting which eye they are made for, typically bLue (for the left eye) and gReen (for the right). Corneal contact lenses are fitted to and sit centrally on the wearers corneas. This type of lens is commonly used for normal prescriptions and for correcting mild corneal irregularities. The lenses are contained in a dual compartment holder made from colourless polypropylene. Measurment listed is for the lenses.
