Description

A club wear choker with nut and bolt design by William Drabble for Addiction in 2001. The main body of the choker is formed from a flat 10mm thick sheet of ultra violet reactive acrylic, cut into rectangular pieces and heated to 160 degrees C. Once heated it is put into a mould and clamped until it has cooled. It is then cut into three pieces, sanded and polished and holes drilled and a thread added with a tap where necessary. The nuts are made from 10mm acrylic sheet and the threaded bolts and spikes from 10mm acrylic rod, each one cut, machined, sanded and polished. A thread is added using a die.
