Description
The Hipseat (TM) is a back supporting textile belt which is designed to reduce the strain on an adult's back when carrying a child on the hip. It comprises a wide wrap-around belt with velcro and buckle fastenings. The belt incorporates a pouch, which protrudes from the waist. The pouch contains a shaped polyurethane seat insert on which the infant is carried. It may be used on either hip and the child is placed on the seat with legs astride and facing the adult.
