Description

This object is made is showing signs of deterioration, but it will remain as part of the museum collection for a study to be made of its condition over time. Due to its unstable nature we regret that it is not available for loan but may be viewed in the museum on request. An Art Deco comb, by Auguste Bonaz, of horseshoe form with central pierced scroll work. This comb is made from tortoiseshell effect cellulose nitrate and stamped on the reverse Auguste Bonaz.
