Description
A boxed Reebok skipping rope from the 2000s. Entitled 'Speed jump rope', this item of exercise equipment is designed specifically to provide a high intensity, medium impact cardiovascular workout. It aims to improve flexibility, co-ordination and balance and improves muscle tone and bone density. It is manufactured by Reebok International Ltd. and made in Taiwan. The 'rope', which is adjustable in length, is made from lightweight, translucent polyvinylchloride (PVC) for optimum flexibility and speed and it is fitted with low friction, free turning , high impact polypropylene (PP) hand grips.
