Description
A table lamp adaptor, complete with flex, to turn a bottle into a table lamp. No. 501B, it was made in Hong Kong and dates to the early 1990s. The bayonet cap is compression moulded in urea formaldehyde (UF) with a nylon (PA, polyamide) attachment to slot into the neck of a bottle. Complete with original box. Measurements given are for the adaptor.
