I created a metal sculpture inspired by the movement of the spoon used to stir cake mixture.


The washing up liquid bottle was originally sold to raise funds for the Comic Relief charity. I wanted to show the washing up liquid changing into cash but I am not sure how much reaches the people in need so showed it going down the sink.


I was given a radio to display. I chose to highlight the globalisation of music and radio waves, combined with the Americana styling of the radio and the location of its creation.

My object was a fruit bowl, it made me think of my mother who is always keen for me to eat fruit and stay healthy. Thinking of my mother reminded me of her sewing. I wanted to combine the two ideas with abstract embroidered fruit tumbling into the bowl.
