Oil on wooden panel painting, mounted in a decorative gilt frame, depicting the royal coat of arms, over-painted with lettering relating to the Worshipful Company of Horners - the names of those who have been good benefactors to the Company of Horners of London, dated 1672. This item forms part of the Worshipful Company of Horners collection.
Inscriptions
painted: "Mr Jo Lyton Citison and Horner gave one silver tankard and 2 small silver cups. Anno Domini 1664. Mr William Collett Citison and Horner gave (? figure) pounds And Deliverance His Wife 10 Pounds to buy A silver Bowle. Anno Domini 1670. Mr Rowland Cary Citison and Vintner Gave One Large Silver Bowl with A cover AD 1672" (over painted lettering on coat of arms)
