Large pressed horn button with bird design

A large pressed horn button with a design of two birds against a naturalistic background, with a metal shank. The button is probably French, c late 19th century. The button is presented on a retailer's card labeled The Button Queen, London. This natural plastic item forms part of the Worshipful Company of Horners collection.
