Poppit earrings

A pair of grey pearlised Poppit clip-on earrings. Made in England, circa 1950s. Each earring is made from an injection moulded polyethylene dome with a metal spring clip fastening back, pressed into place in the back of the dome. These earrings are presented on their original sales card. Measurement given is for each earring. This item forms part of the Plastics Historical Society (PHS) collection.
