Damard Lacquer Co Ltd table mat. Photo caption: This Warerite table mat was specially designed in honour of the 50th Anniversary of the formation of the Damard Lacquer Co Ltd the predecessor of Bakelite Limited. The mats were presented to 28 members of the Bakelite Limited staff who attended a special celebration luncheon at the Company's Tyseley Works, on 9th March 1960.
