Useful vegetable rack. Photo caption: This useful vegetable rack is produced from Bakelite polyethylene by L.W.G. Plastics Limited. The rack is made up of three similar mouldings which are slotted together to form a complete unit. The units are sold separately so that a rack can he built up to the size required. For this kind of application Bakelite polyethylene is an ideal material because it is light in weight, strong and resistant to corrosion and chipping, and it is readily cleaned. In addition, it is available in a wide range of colours to match or contrast with existing colours in the kitchen. This item is part of the MoDiP BXL collection.
