Small polybag

A small sized, transluscent, compostable polybag, manufactured by Simplelifeco UK Ltd. The company was established in 2019 and began by selling felt grobags made from recycled PET bottles. They wanted an alternative to single-use plastics packing and shipping materials so began to research and develop their own range of mailing bags. Made from a combination of cornstarch and biopolymers, the bags are certified EN13432 under the European Industrial Composting Standard to compost completely in industrial conditions within 3-6 months. The polybags are also certified carbon neutral, with all carbon emissions being offset by supporting and developing wind farms in Northern Brazil. Additionally, the company arrange to have a tree planted for every order they receive through their website, and offer an end-of-life reclamation service for customers who are not able to dispose of their products responsibly either by composting, recycling or reusing. This eco-friendly polybag is strong, durable and weatherproof with a self-sealing fold over lip and aims to reduce the amount of waste that reaches landfill.
