Description
A Covid-19 self-test kit, issued in 2021 by the UK Government during the pandemic. Consisting of 3 polyethylene (PE) extraction tubes with attached lids, 3 sealed polypropylene (PP) test cartridges, 3 sealed swabs (PP handle and nylon tip), 3 PP extraction buffer sachets, 3 PE waste bags, a paper information booklet and kit certificate and a cardboard extraction tube holder. The kit was manufactured/assembled by Xiamen Biotime Biotechnology Co. Ltd in China for the Department of Health and Social Care. The standard nasopharyngeal swabs are sealed in a paper-peel, sterilised pouch and were made by Jiangsu HanHeng Medical Technology in China. The dimensions given are for the box.
