Fairy Queen

A wind-up mechanical dancing Fairy Queen produced circa 1950s by Wells Brimtoy. A. Wells & Co. was founded in 1919 by Alfred Wells and in 1932 took over Brimtoy Ltd. to form Wells Brimtoy. This figurine stands with arms outstretched, holding a wand in the right hand. The winss and wand are translucent with grey and gold speckling. The dress has a green skirt and white bodice.
