Description
A Braun MC1 automatic food processor, designed by Hartwig Kahlcke in 1983. The base is injection moulded in white polypropylene and the clear bowl, lid and pusher are styrene acrylonitrile. Accompanied by a number of stainless steel cutting blade attachments and mixing paddles, the green operational switch is positioned on the top of the motor. Made in Spain, this example likely dates c. 1990s.
