Description
A packet of Polymorph granules, a bio-degradable polyester modelling material that has a low fusing temperature of about 60 degrees C. It can be transformed into a mouldable condition by immersion in hot water. Once fused, which is indicated when it turns from opaque to clear, it can be moulded, and stays workable until a much lower temperature is reached. Once fully cooled it hardens and is said to be similar and appearance and physical properties to nylon (polyamide). This packet is prodced by Middlesex University Teachig Resources Unit for retail by Maplin. Measurements given are for the complete package.
