Description
A pair of women's long leg, high waisted knickers made by Brettles, circa 1960s. They are of circular knitted construction with inset gusset, from a blend of wool and Bri-Nylon. The Brettles swing tag is still attached to the waist, and it has a woven sewn in label and sewn on paper price label, indicating that it was originally sold for 12/11 (twelve shillings and eleven pence).
