Description

The Fourth Element Thermocline 2 wetsuit has long sleeves and is made using Econyl recycled nylon. This suit which is part of the OceanPostive collection is naturally buoyant, lightweight, breathable, and machine washable. It is equivalent to a 2mm neoprene wetsuit, the lack of neoprene means that it is suitable for people with an allergy to that material and can be packed without fear of creasing and being damaged. The suit is suitable for all surface water sports and for warm water scuba diving. The fabric ensures that the wearer is more comfortable when out of the water, during surface sports, or when kitted up for a dive. The inner fleece layer draws moisture away from the skin and wicks through the breathable membrane where it evaporates off the nylon surface. In the water, the membrane traps a thin layer next to the body which warms up and prevents colder water flowing over the body. Thermocline dries rapidly, often within an hour or between dives, it can be quickly rinsed and squeezed to get rid of excess water before being hung up inside out to dry.
