Bull terrier inflatable toy seat

Description

The Bull terrier inflatable toy seat was designed by Jan Capek in 2013 for Fatra, re-interpreting the designs of renowned Czech toy designer Libuse Niklova (1934-1981). In creating Bulik the Dog, Capek drew inspiration from his own pet stating, 'I find bull terriers an iconic breed. They were never bred to fight and are great for kids. So is this toy'. He also produced an inflatable racing car inspired by Niklova's Giraffe, whilst product designers Jerry and Anna Kozovi created a three-legged goat and a tractor to add to the range (refer Libuse Niklova's Buffalo inflatable sound producing and sitting toy, AIBDC : 008493 and Buffalo calf, AIBDC : 008483). Capek also designed the Aquila Aquagym bottle (AIBDC : 005648) and the Mattoni Sport bottle (AIBDC : 005647) in MoDiP's collections.
