Description
A travel iron with folding handle made by Pifco circa 1970s. The solid metal sole plate of the iron has an upper chrome plated surface. The folding handle and stands are made from compression moulded phenol formaldehyde. The iron, together with its instruction leaflet is contained in a double layered PVC case which is heat welded at the seams and fastens with a metal press stud. Measurements given are of the cased, folded iron.
