Description

A large backcomb made from imitation tortoiseshell cellulose nitrate with a distinctive pierced header in the form of honeycomb set with three flower heads. This Art Nouveau style comb is thought to have been made in the early 1900s, probably in France as it is similar in design to those produced in factories in Oyonnax
