Doll with bonnet

Description

A small baby doll dressed in a red and white polka dot dress and a red floral patterned bonnet. This doll has a hard injection moulded polystyrene head, made in two halves and assembled with adhesive, to enable the sleeping eyes to be inserted. The body is made from blow moulded polyethylene and has moveable limbs. This example is thought to date from the late 1950s to early 1960s.
