Description

A shaving set comprising two razors with detachable handles and two razor blade holders in a lidded box which is fitted with moulded recesses for the razor parts. The set was designed by Andrew Vaughan Jones for Roanoid and is made of compression moulded urea formaldehyde in 1947. The accompanying drawings (AIBDC : 00795.2) are dated 10.10.1947. The initials A.V.J. are etched onto the top corner of the box.
