Description

An ergonomically designed table set comprising plate, beaker, goblet, knife, fork and spoon. This set was designed for use by people with mobility issues. The stainless steel spoon, 190mm in length, and fork, 185mm in length, have black lightweight polycarbonate handles. The spoon has an offset bowl. The fork has three tines and incorporates a cutting edge at one side. The folding knife, 115mm in length when folded, has a wide blade which pivots into a polyurethane handle and blade cover for safe storage. The whole set was designed in 1978 by Maria Benktzon and Sven-Eric Juhlin and manufactured by Gustavsberg.
