Description

A brooch, designed by Lea Stein, in the form of a standing cat. It is formed from layered, laminated pieces of mottled brown cellulose acetate sheet and is mounted on a v-shaped pin which bears the Lea Stein, Paris name. The date of production is unclear, but it is known that Lea Stein brooches were produced from 1969-1981 and again from 1991 to the present day.
