Pignon Plastics tray

Description

A square shaped tray with shallow sides, the upper surface of which is divided into quarters. Set into the base is a thin layer of cork. Made from compression moulded phenol formaldehyde this British made product was made by Pignon Plastics circa early to mid 20th century and is thought to have been made to contain paper clips or other items of office stationery.
