Grundig microphone

A small circular condenser microphone made by Grundig circa 1954, made for use with a Grundig tape recorder. The microphone is in a dark red phenol formaldehyde casing and on a teardrop shaped stand of the same material. A gold coloured metal wire mesh is set at the front of the unit, surrounded by a gold coloured metal trim. A gold coloured Grundig emblem is on the base at the front.
