Integra range Olympic Stadium seat

This polypropylene seat is from Bluecube's integra range of seating and is the same model as the seats in the Olympic Stadium. It has an enclosed spring return mechanism. It was made with a maximum of 10 % recycled polymer. The recycled content had to be limited in order for the chair to have the strength required to meet safety standards. The steel and aluminium on which it is mounted contain 50% and 60% recycled material respectively. The chair module was injection-moulded locally by Certwood of Luton, and transported to the Olympic Stadium on light-weight Corex crates which are used again and again, restricting packaging waste. Bluecube has the fastest installation rate of chairs in the industry thereby reducing energy costs on site. Measurements listed are for the seat open and mounted.
