Eskimo Doll

Description

Eskimo doll, consisting of three parts: attachment (enabling the doll to be hung up), head and body, and feet, presented within transparent packaging. The doll stands on a paper ledge representing a glacier with a hole in it beside which lies a fishing line. Below the paper are five small soaps in the shape of lemons.The doll is made of blow-moulded high density polyethylene and is flocked. The face and hands are stuck on. The face is painted and the hands are flocked and painted. Made for Norton, London, circa the 1970s.
