Description
A 'Therapy Top' wobble board manufactured by L & G Jakobs GmbH, Germany in the 2000s. Use of a wobble board helps to improve balance and posture by strengthening ankles and lower leg muscles and in doing so reduces the risk of future injury. The board is made from a rigid polyethylene and incorporates a textured upper surface.
