Description

A 1980s beige Viscount telephone with push buttons. This telephone was designed and manufactured in the UK by STC for British Telecom with industrial and mechanical design by Peter Carr FCSD, alongside the Chief electronics engineer Fred Howett and Technical director Peter Hiner. It is made of ABS and comprises a slim-line base, which can be placed on a table or desktop or hung on the wall, and angular handset. This version is possibly the Tele 9525AR from circa 1987.
