Brown Trimphone telephone

Description

This telephone called the 'Trimphone' was designed by Martyn Rowlands in the 1960s. The sleek and modern design was original and differed from conventional telephones by having the handset vertically along the length of the phone, because of this it won the Design Centre Award in 1966. This example has a dial and is made from light olive green ABS plastic with a dark olive green receiver.
