Michelin Man

Description

A large Michelin Man figurine with a metal bracket for fixing to a truck or for display in a sales area. This moulded , hollow figurine has a painted surface and is thought to date from the mid 20th century. The Michelin Man, or Bibendum, introduced in the 1890s, is one of the world's oldest logos, and is thought to have been inspired by a pile of tyres.
