Requests to study objects in the museum or to borrow objects to take to the studio should be made in person, by phone, or by email to modip@aub.ac.uk, giving a minimum of two working days notice.
Please note
- Some objects may be unsuitable or unavailable for loan.
- Objects may be borrowed for use on campus only, must be returned on the same day, and locked away when unsupervised.
- Other than for pre-arranged taught sessions a maximum of 12 objects may be viewed or borrowed at any one time.
- You will be required to undertake a short object handling briefing session before you borrow objects for the first time. Please allow an extra few minutes for this when you come to collect your loan.
